Returns

We understand the difficulties of shopping online, including getting the right fit.

SO we offer the following, to ease the hassles of returns:

*   contact us within 7 days of receipt of your goods.

*   the item must not be worn or washed and all original labels/tags are attached.

*   if you are returning via post, take care to protect the item & send via:

    -  express post or registered post (at a cost to you)- so the item can be tracked.

*   send us an email at nicole@fromxo.com and send your item to:

 *   PLEASE NOTE STRICTLY NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON SALE ITEMS

Our policy lasts 14 days.  If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a Store Credit or Exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original condition with tags attached.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

*   Goods purchased on SALE cannot be returned.

*   We also do not accept products that have been worn and/or washed.

*   Additional non-returnable items:
    - Gift cards
    - Some health and personal care items eg. beauty products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.  
 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.  Offering solution/s when approved.

Change of mind

Please note we do not give refunds for a 'change of mind' (as per Aust.Consumer Law). 

Refunds are only available on goods which are faulty upon receipt and where a suitable replacement or repair is unavailable.

Please follow the manufacturer's instructions, if in our reasonable opinion this has not occurred, and reasonable care has not taken place, we reserve the right to refuse the return of the item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
